If you’ve already started to look at moving to Dallas, you likely noticed one thing right off the bat: it’s enormous. Don’t be overwhelmed. We’ve got this covered! Each area has distinct details that make it unique and either right for you or terribly wrong. You’ll also want to consider what your budget looks like and proximity to work. Apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area only share their availability and current pricing for sixty days out. While that limits the information we’re able to give you outside of that time frame, nothing is keeping us from working with you to narrow down your neighborhood search and even rule out apartments based on their features.

That is entirely up to you. Our team is available to you whenever you are in the area, even if it’s a weekend! Just make sure to coordinate the time with us so that we can provide you with the most up to date availability and pricing ahead of your visit. That way, we can have a priority list of apartments to see while you’re here and you can spend the rest of the time exploring your new city.

Not a problem! We can virtually tour you through a community either via a Facetime call or a recorded video, whichever works for you. Thank you, technology!

Dallas has some of the most reasonable deposit rates among big cities in the U.S. The best part: there’s no requirement to put down first and last month’s rent. A safe estimate would be not much higher than $500 for move-in costs unless any credit issues exist or you have pets. A lot of apartments run specials that may waive application fees, as well.
